My Fitbit versa 2 lost connection approximately a month ago, after trying everything I reset to factory settings. Attempted to reinstall using the app, however my iPhone XR does not find the Fitbit connection. The Fitbit continues to remain on download the app in various languages and does not change from this screen. Please help

A few things to check @Sharem
1st is to remove the tracker from the phones Bluetooth. The app can not search for the unknown tracker if the tracker is a trusted device.
Ok make it one thing to check.
Have you restarted both the phone and tracker?
You are using the fitbit app to setup the Versa 2?
