Versa 2 won't re-pair to my iPhone 11

Hoping someone can help me. Yesterday evening my Fitbit Versa 2 disconnected from my iPhone 11’s Bluetooth. I tried reconnecting all evening but no luck. I deleted the Fitbit from my Bluetooth list and tried to repair the Fitbit but each time I go into repair it, the app tells me it’s after finding the Fitbit but it won’t connect and the connection eventually times out. I’ve tried restarting both my phone and Fitbit, turning Bluetooth off and deleting and reinstalling the Fitbit app but nothing is working. Is this an issue with my Fitbit Bluetooth? What can I do? Thanks in advance!!

Hi there @liammrrs, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for taking the time to troubleshooting your Versa 2 and iPhone 11 prior to posting here.

Besides the steps you've done, please try the following:

  • Remove the Versa 2 from your Fitbit account and also make sure it was properly removed from your iPhone 11's Bluetooth settings
  • Restart your Versa 3 once again
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections during the set up process
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Setup your Versa 2

If you continue having issues, please see: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Let me know how it goes.

Hi Maria,

Thanks for getting back to me. I have tried the tips you have outlined and on the website you had linked, unfortunately it still didn’t work.

Would there be anything else I could do ?

Thanks very much!

Hey @liammrrs, I appreciate you had followed the tips and recommendations provided above.

Since this sounds a bit more serious, I've created a support case on your behalf - you should receive an email from Customer Support at the email you used to register with the Community forums. Note that we may take a bit long to get back to you since due to recent events affecting our operations, support options are limited and wait times are longer than usual.
