Versa 2 won't read heart rate and sleep data

My Versa 2 was working great until 5/20 at which time it no longer detects heart rate and will not record sleep data. I've tried everything from restarting the device to doing a factory reset but nothing seems to remedy the issue. Anyone have a similar experience and any idea on how to resolve it?

I have the same problem for about the past 4 months.  Step count seems to be off as well this week
