Versa 2 won't read heart rate or sleep patterns

Hi, 

 

I need help resetting my Versa 2. 

It has now been couple of weeks and my heart rate stopped working. 

 

I Tried to shut it down multiple times both by pressing the button and going through the settings. 

Please help

Hi Regis91,

 

I'm having the same problem and the customer services kept telling me to reboot or reset to factory default and now they won't even respond to my emails anymore.

This is a load of crap as none of this works.

I would suggest getting onto their customer services and demanding your money back. They might say that you have to go the the people you bought if from but this is their problem, not your retailer.

If this was a car it would have been recalled as a danger to life.
