Hello everyone, 

I have a problem, my Fitbit versa 2 didn't receive the Whatsapp notifcations and I followed step by step the instructions.. Can you help me please? Furthemore I have a Iphone 6s.. It's that the Problem?...

Hi there @Pino_10, thanks for stopping by. I appreciate you've taken the time to troubleshoot the notifications on your Versa prior to contacting us. 

As a first approach, I'd like you to confirm that you've followed updated your settings according to the Quick Tips section: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? 

NOTE: it is important that you turn OFF and back ON the Share System Notifications setting if it is on.
