Versa 2 won't receive WhatsApp notifications

I have a versa 2 and it worked perfectly with android. I just bought an iPhone 11 and it doesn’t show whatsapp notifications. I have tried everything: restored fitbit watch, checked Bluetooth connection and permits, checked apps permits as well, uninstalled Fitbit app and everything else showed on every question found in the forum. On the Fitbit app it says that “notifications will be added to the list when sent to the phone” and WhatsApp is never there to grand permissions. How can I make WhatsApp shown over there????

Hello there @Mpsp85, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post and for taking the time to find the answer to your inquiry in the Community Forums. I'll be glad to help you to set up WhatsApp notifications on your Versa 2.

Since you're setting up notifications, you'll need to receive a message from the app desired in order for your app to show it as option in your Fitbit notification's section. For example, tell someone to send a WhatsApp, then check your Fitbit app and you'll see that WhatsApp is already an option to be selected.

I'd recommend following the steps in the article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
