Versa 2 won't receive WhatsApp notifications

WhatsApp messages do not come through, tried everything. 
Can anyone help?

I'd also like to know if there's any other third-party app you're not receiving text from.

You may have missed setting up WhatsApp, in the App Notifications section?

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Device photo [middle left]

Notifications

And verify the top 4 items are correctly defined.

Also

App notifications

and select any apps you want to hear from.
