Versa 2 won't receive app notifications

For months - and for the second time while I've had my fitbit, I don't get notifications from apps on my watch. 

 

I've tried getting help from Fitbit on Facebook, not much help to get there, "try restart your watch, we know there's a problem after the last update".... 

This is months ago and it still doesn't work! 

 

Any suggestions? 🙏

Hi @Laxen - did you check the obvious that you have the watch in sleep or do not disturb mode [or even the phone]. A restart won't change the setting.
