Versa 2 not sending calls. Other notifications coming through just not calls. Have reset phone and Fitbit. Still not working. This is a new replacement Fitbit as my original one stopped working after less than 2 years. I'm becoming dissatisfied with Fitbit.

Hi there, @squero. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products and services into consideration.

While reading your post, I was wondering if you did remove your old Versa 2 from phone's Bluetooth settings before pairing your new Versa 2? If you didn't do yet, please remove your old Versa 2 first and then, set up your Versa2. To do so, follow the steps below:

  • Unpair your old Versa 2 and new Versa 2 from your Fitbit account and phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your new phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 2 once again.
