Versa 2 won't receive iMessages

After following the troubleshooting guides located here, I still can’t get iMessage to sync with my versa 2. I’m able to receive phone call notification and various other apps but not iMessage.

Hi there @Sheabot9000, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your iMessages are not coming through your Versa 2, I understand where your concern is coming from. Thanks for the details provided in your post and for already trying to solve the issue prior to posting here, I'll be glad to continue to help you.

I also have an iPhone and I did have a similar inconvenience, but I tried toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always". If this steps don't work for you, I suggest taking a look at the help article: Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones.
