Versa 2 won't receive notifications from Samsung S10

Hi there, 

 

I just bought Fitbit Versa 2 . Can't receive any notifications from my phone to the watch. Ive been doing troubleshoot for over an hour, it still doesnt work. I tried every that people has adviced in here, I set everything right. Im very frustrated as it is #1 feature I bought this device. 

 

Please help!

Also, I'd like to know if by any chance you're getting any error message on the Fitbit app when trying to set your notifications? If so, what is it?
