I have recently updated my oneplus 7 Pro device after update my Fitbit Versa 2 is facing a problems to show notifications. and when I go to the Fitbit app for the notification settings it says that I need to restart my phone even though I restarted it several times still the notifications are not coming even after I am reconnecting it sinking it connecting Bluetooth and connecting Wi-Fi again and again still it is not working I think there is a glitch in the new update let's help.

If you're getting the error message “Notification service is not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker”, please note that we’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.
If you're not getting that error message, but having issues with your notifications, please follow the troubleshooting steps provided here: Why are notifications delayed or missing?
