Versa 2 won't receive notifications from my S10

I have tried restarting fitbit, making sure it's not on disabled ect. Have the S10 android.  Can do find my phone but still no text messages ect. Hasn't work since getting it but assumed was my phone just got a new one and still nothing. Please help

If you're getting the error message “Notification service is not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker”, please note that we’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.

If you're not getting that error message, but having issues with your notifications, make sure you've followed these steps: Why are notifications delayed or missing?
