For the last week my Versa 2 is not receiving any notifications except for call notifications. I have followed all the steps in the troubleshooting guide. I have restarted my Android phone multiple times, I have unpaired and disconnected and reconnected bluetooth, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app. The Versa 2 is up to date. I have checked sleep mode and do not disturb are not on and that the apps I wish to receive notifications from are checked. I have disabled and re-enabled notifications. However the app still tells me the notification service isn't working and to restart my phone, which I have done. The only notifications I receive are calls. I am at a loss as to why this has started to happen and how to resolve. Has anyone else this problem or any other actions I can try??

Hi, may we please know when will we get a resolution to this issue. We spent money for this expensive watch and now it's painful to see that it's not working.

This is still happening with mine, and it's over a year after the original post. Has this been fixed? If so, what can I do to make it work?

No, it's not fixed, Fitbit don't reply when asked for an update. It's over a year since I raised this issue, yet no resolution, I've had this tracker for 19 months and it only worked properly for 7 of them 😔

This is almost 2 years ago and this is happening on the watch I bought this week. What can i do to fix this please. I don't want to have to return the watch. Thanks
