I'm not able to receive any notifications on my Fitbit versa 2. It's brand new and hadn't worked for two weeks it's only 7 weeks old. I keep getting told on the app to restart my phone but it doesn't work. I can hit the test notification call and sometimes that works but none of my notifications are showing. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi everyone, I have found what the problem was on my Huawei. Go to settings, apps, click on fitbit uncheck the option for battery saving while running in the background.
Let me know if it works for you.
Good luck...

You have to turn off the battery saver on fitbit app. Also turn off power consumption alert. 👍

Do you have to turn off battery saver with in the fitbit app too as well as in your phone settings? Have turned it off on my phone already but still not working. Thanks for your help!

Actually I think turning off the power consumption notification has done it

You have to turn it off on the app and it's turning off the power consumption notification that does the trick.
