I`m used to reset the fitbit app once a week, because it will not send notifications to my watch. But now I have to do it once a day. Sometimes two. Is there anything that can be done about it? It`s starting to get irritating.

Hi there @Cambje, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post regarding the issues you've been having to receive notifications on your Versa 2, I understand where your concern is coming from and how you must be feeling since you troubleshoot this issue once a day. I'll be glad to help you.
If you're getting the error message “Notification service is not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker”, please note that we’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.
If you're not getting that error message, but having issues with your notifications, make sure you've followed these steps: Why are notifications delayed or missing?
I'm looking forward to your response, keep me posted.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Hi @Cambje
Welcome to the forum. I'm so sorry to hear you are having an issue with consistently receiving notification. Instead of resetting, you might try removing your versa from your mobile Bluetooth connection. Then reconnect it. Also you may want to see how many other Bluetooth connection you have, I have found if I have a lot of things connected at the same time, my Fitbit will drop intermittently, which results in missed notifications. You can find more notifications tips/troubleshooting HERE.
I hope that helps.
