When I first got my versa 2 I had no problems receiving notifications but I stopped wearing it for a little while and now since I’ve put it back on my notifications won’t come through and it’s got a message on the front screen to sign into my snackivity account via the Fitbit app. I’ve tried all troubleshooting tips, restored the watch everything and nothin is working. Please help

I have an android and a Versa 2 and the EXACT same thing is happening to me. Im so pissed. Ive only had it since june. It wS working fine until Monday Monday November 15,2021.
Ive spent countless hours teying to sync. Nothing is working.
