Versa 2 won't receive notifications "a phone restart is required to re-enable notifications"

I have a Huawei p30 and get notifications on my versa 2. Usually this works however recently the notifications will randomly stop happening. When I go onto notifications on the fitbit app it says phone requires a restart (this doesn't fix it). Someone here said to delete the saved date in setting. This works but only for about 24 hours. Is there something else I should be doing?

Hi @Carla777 

I'm not familiar with your phone, but have you tried restarting your fitbit?  

I suggest restarting your fitbit then restarting your phone.
