Help I’m getting phone calls but not text messages on my versa!

Hi there @Justme913, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 isn't receiving text messages from your phone. I understand where your concern is coming from and how you must be feeling. I'm here to help you.

Would you mind letting me know which notification (app) is not coming through your Versa 2? iMessages, Facebook, WhatsApp? I also have an iPhone and I did have a similar issue with my iMesagges. However, I tried toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always". If this steps don't work for you, I suggest taking a look at the help article: Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones.
