Versa 2 won't receive text notifications

I can receive phone calls and Facebook messages text but not my phone texts or VOXER text I am not sure why.

Please follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
