My new Versa 2 WILL receive phone call alerts/notifications from my iPhone 12 pro max, but not text notifications. I have tried everything. Help!? iPhone 12 pro max

Do you receive notifications from apps or nothing at all? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Thank you, RicardoFitbit! Thank you! That worked! The step that especially made the difference was to tap app notifications on my phone and then select fitbit.
