Versa 2 won't receive texts or calls notifications

Hello

My Versa 2 receives all app notifications, and alerts me when I have an incoming or active call from Whatsapp, but fails to notify me when I receive iphone texts or calls. I have turned ‘share system notifications’ off and on again. I have reset my iphone 7 and the fitbit several times. I have ensured in both device settings to allow notifications. I have ensured my ios is updated. Im now at a loss of what to do next? Hopefully someone can help 🙂

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your watch and see if the call/text notifications work properly.

Hi, yep i’v tried all of those and it still does not receive text messages or calls. And continues to receive app messages. Thank you for your reply.
