Hello, for a few weeks now I have been having an issue where my Versa 2 will not reconnect to my phone after going out of range. The only way I can reconnect it is by restarting the watch completely. This is not an issue with my phone (Pixel 6) because no other Bluetooth items have this issue, and when I am back in range my phone shows that the watch is offline (until I reboot the watch). I have tried rebooting the phone, turning Bluetooth on/off, unpairing and repairing the watch, and removing/replacing the watch in the app. The app and firmware are up to date. The only thing that continues to fix it is rebooting the watch, but that means I have to reboot multiple times a day which is ridiculous considering I have only had this watch for 7 months! I do not want to factory restore it because I have a lot of music playlists that I don't want to lose. It seems like a lot of people are having this problem and no answers have been found....is there anything I can do?

Hi @Liandera - factory resets are an issue, as they can destroy the watch entirely in some cases, but there may be some things to try.
Sync the watch and then use Shutdown from the watch Settings menu. Wait at least 10 seconds [to allow it to complete] before placing it on charge to restart it and charge it. If it's already charged just push the button for a second and wait.
Remove the Bluetooth entry from the phone.
Logout of the app, clear the storage cache and force stop it. Then restart the phone.
With no other Bluetooth devices on, login to the app and head to the home screen of the phone without closing the app.
A sync popup should appear, click on this and wait for the pair and link prompt.
This should refresh everything to good working order.
Also check that the phone battery optimisation is off for Bluetooth and the Fitbit App.

Thanks for the suggestion. I did all of that and it still won't reconnect when I come back into range of my phone until I reboot it. It's very frustrating.
