Versa 2 won't register my sleep accurate

my sleep start tome is inaccurate often. No longer able to edit it in app. Only brings up sleep stop time.

When I edit it, shows all zeros for start time. Uninstalled and reinstalled app, have current updates...

Hi there @btasy, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for letting me know that your Versa 2 doesn't track your sleep data accurately. I appreciate the details shared in your post and your time and efforts in trying to fix this issue, I'll be glad to continue assisting you.

As a first approach, I'd like you to please confirm that the heart rate settings on your watch is "On". On your device, open the Settings app Heart Rate > tap to turn the setting On.

On the other hand, I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

About the edit option not working, would you mind letting me know if you've followed the directions on how to do so as described here: How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?

I'm looking forward to you response, keep me posted.

Hi there @RuthAnn46, welcome on board. As per the description of your post it seems that your Versa may be not paired anymore to your Fitbit account and that's why the sleep data and sleep graph were gone.

To see when was the last time sync or if your Versa is paired, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.

If your watch is unpaired, please set it up again by following the steps at: How do I set up my Fitbit device?. On the other hand, if your watch has not recently synced, follow these troubleshooting steps: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Also, please make sure to check and follow the tips and recommendations I provided here to make sure you receive your sleep data.
