Several issues with my Versa 2. Initially, the face just showed the Fitbit logo...it would not go away and pressing the button did not help. Following that, the face started flickering/flashing erratically. Eventually, the face is blank and the watch cannot be charged (All of this occurred over anout 6 days). I purchased this Versa 2 in October 2022.

Hello there, @Jarule. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.
It seems like your Versa 2 has now run out of battery. With that being said, I suggest attempting to recharge your Fitbit device for at least 2 hours. If nothing comes up on the screen after this period of time, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
If you manage to bring your Versa 2's screen to life, but keep getting the Fitbit logo only, try the following:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 2 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

Hi. When I’m using simple clock, pro it supposed to be both Minutes and zone Minutes I will look and see 10 zone Minutes and when I click to see active minutes it will say 10 when I know I did about 30 minute 😞 so I use both the simpleclock pro for zone Minutes and the simpleclock For active minutes 🙂 but it would be nice if I can get it working where I can see active minutes and zone minutes

Hi @Getfitstayfit - that will work, though my SimpleClockPro version shows both correctly.
Have a look here because they can often be the same depending on your age and activity.
If they are always the same [when they shouldn't be] it's best to report it to the developer in case there is a problem.
