Versa 2 won't respond anymore

Good morning,

My Fitbit threw a wobbly last night and kept opening the notification page and buzzing. I ended up doing a hard reset and now my Fitbit won’t connect to the app. So far I have:

- done a soft reset

- done a hard reset

- removed it from my phones bluetooth

- turned my phones Bluetooth off and on

- turned my phone off and on

- re-downloaded the app

- charged the fitbit

I have repeated all of the above in multiple times in variations.

Can anyone help me reconnect it?

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they've already assisted you. If the steps that our team has provided did not work, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance. Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly.

Good morning, I have the same issue with my Versa 2 it gets thru the updating then says failed.  my screen on the versa is stuck on the logo but stat shows up on my fitbit account online. so how did AME94 solve her issue.

There wasn’t a solution. They told me I’d have to buy a replacement. Awful customer service and very disappointing.

I have fixed my issue with my versa 2.  mine was stuck on logo and couldnt do anything.  so after research I went into my settings on my phone. went to apps found Fitbit. did a force stop. then went and turned off bluetooth.  and went and disconnected  versa 2 from my fitbit account.  did a complete shut down of my phone, waited atleast 2 minutes and restarted phone, turned bluetooth on  went to the fitbit app and installed a new device (versa 2) and went thru the steps of setting it up.   now my watch is back working again.
