Versa 2 won't respond to anything

It was fine this morning, then suddenly stopped working, won't update, won't sync

Hi @691getfit - have you tried charging and then doing a restart How do I restart my Fitbit device?

I deleted that device and installed my other versa 2. When I have time I'll contact Fitbit to trouble shoot the first one. Thanks for your response
