My versa 2 has suddenly become unresponsive. Will not charge or come on atall. Anyone else having the same issues? It's not empty of charge as my app states it had 50% an hour ago when it last synced.

Fitbit Chat told me to do a restart: hold button for 10 seconds until Fitbit logo comes on screen. After a few seconds, it worked, and my Fitbit is working again. I hope this works for you and others.

Mine is stuck on Timer. I have tried to shut it off, holding down the button on the left, but nothing happens. Fitbit chat basically told me I needed to buy a new Fitbit.
Update: Nothing happened when I tried that. I guess it is time for a new smart watch (not Fitbit this time.)

My Versa has been misbehaving since Monday when it stopped telling time properly and now is stuck in its cradle hugging its knees into its chest...i.e. not synching and asking me to update it constantly. Done a factory reset and uninstalled and reinstalled the app etc. Chatted with tech support...but the problem persists. I'm on my 6th Fitbit since 2016...they don't last...and they can't be fixed...in my experience anyway. 😞 I wish you better luck than I've had.

All of a sudden my Fitbit became stuck. I tried the rest, but nothing happened. I did the online chat, and after trying again to reset, and nothing happened, the chat told me I was out of warranty and I would receive an email with a discount for a new Fitbit. I have decided to purchase an Apple Watch instead. Time for a change.

Hi Maria,
Well, my Fitbit isn't in contact with the app. There is zero synching. I first noticed that the time was off (by10 minutes and then that lagged to an hour and 10 minutes)...when I tried to sync the watch it wouldn't. So, I contacted tech support and they told me.to uninstall and reinstall the app, and then factory reset the Fitbit. Which I did. The app then couldn't find the Fitbit during the set up. It was stuck on the logo for a while and was also just a blank screen. It connected once, and updated the time and then the exact same problem proceeded to happen...the time was off and then the not synching. Now, the Fitbit is stuck on "To start, download the fitbit app." Which of course I've already done.
What next? The watch is less than 2 years old.
Suzie
