Versa 2 won't respond to anything

Versa 2 screen doesn't work to insert the pin number. Also, it gets stuck several times and inserts a wrong pin number to the point I have to put another pin number through the app.

I have restarted the phone, the app and synchronized them several times but still doesn't work properly.

Please help,
