Versa 2 won't respond to anything

Today it went black and won't work. I have tried everything. Restart, factory reset etc. I let it drain down and then fully recharged it and it still won't work. The display won't come on no matter what. It was fine until the latest update. How do I fix that?

I’m sorry to say that in all likelihood there is nothing you can do. Suggest contacting Fitbit support and if under warranty they will send a replacement. If not under warranty then they will offer a discount on a replacement.
