Hi,
My Versa 2 went black and hasn’t woken up in weeks. Won’t charge - cleaned both ends and bought new charger. Still dead. I have held the left side button for over a minute and nothing happens - no logo, no vibration, still dead. What’s my next step besides buying a new FitBit?
Thanks.

Hi @Jodidesign2 - you won't be able to do anything with the watch until it is charged.
First try using a PC as the power source and if you owned a Versa previously make sure you have the right charger, as they are different but look alike.
Something may have happened to the watch to cause this, such as water damage.
If it is not charged you may see 0% when you push the button.
You may have a faulty screen, try the charge again for an hour making sure it does not get hot then try and sync with the Fitbit App.
If it syncs the display is broken, if it doesn't the watch is broken, either way if it is under warranty it can be replaced.
