Versa 2 won't respond to anything

Mid-walk this afternoon my Versa just quit? Black screen, button won’t light it up, neither does putting it on charger (it had 90% charge when started) … it does NOTHING

Please plug the Versa 2 to charge for at least 30 minutes. (independently if you see anything on it's display. 

Then press and hold the button of the Versa 2 for 8-10 seconds. 

You  should see the logo appear . Then let the button go. 

The Versa 2 should restart then.

I tried this on my versa 2 with no luck.  It has been on the charger all nite.  How can I determine if it’s the watch or charger?

Mine did the same thing. It had charge left on it but went black and now won't do anything. I tried holding the side button as recommended and nothing happened.

Are the green LEDs blinking?

Do you see or feel anything when plugging the Versa 2 to charge ? Any vibration?

Hi,

 

        The green lights are flashing. I held the side button longer and it turned on and is working now. Thank you.

No lights either and Fitbit support could not help me after I did all the necessary trouble shooting.  Hopefully you will get your working again.  I just assumed my versa 2 dead.  Had to end up replacing it with discount from Fitbit support.  If it happens again, done. They will never admit issues on their part and support is only doing what they are told to do so I don’t fault them.  I fault the company google.

I have same problem. Tried items as suggested. Still not working.

My Versa 2 went to black screen. It would track activities and sync, but nothing displayed. Tried trouble shooting with multiple soft reboots and finally a factory reset and delete device in the app. I still have a black screen so can't get the code to add my device.....

i don't.  i had my versa's (and the nightmare of their phone support) before google came along.  it's always been bad.
