Versa 2 won't respond to rotating wrist, touch or button pressing and randomly vibrates

Hello,

My Versa 2 (1 month old) was working properly for about three weeks. Now, in the past week, the face intermittently displays when I turn my wrist to activate, and when it does display, it won't let me scroll through either messages or apps. It intermittently responds to touch to display, but never responds when I press the left button. It will randomly vibrate for no reason. Lastly, when my alarm goes off, the face will display for a second and then go black, but will continue to vibrate and I have no way to turn it off. I have reset it MULTIPLE times, which doesn't correct the issue at all. Please help.

Try a Factory Reset when you can by swiping left to Settings and then About, Factory Reset.

Thank you, I was hoping to avoid that but will try it.

In addition, I downloaded a third party Clock Face. Should I avoid that after the Factory Reset?

Thank you!

The reset will open with the clock that came with it from the factory.  If it were mine, I would make sure everything else is working properly before changing clock faces,
