I can’t get the touch screen to move anywhere when I touch it, try to slide to another screen. Can’t get an alarm set. Can’t get an exercise tracker to start from the touch screen. I never get mine wet. Have a screen protector on it except when charging. ?

@Jencary I had exactly the same issue 3 days ago. I finally did a couple of reboots by holding the left button down, until the Ftbit logo came on, and releasing it. First one had no effect but I did it again and was able to use the touch screen - for a few minutes!! Did another reboot and it worked long enough for me to go to settings and do a factory reset. After I went through all the steps to reconnect it to the app, it has been working fine since. I too use a screen protector and thought something had happened to it, at first....
