My versa 3 suddenly died yesterday. I cant get it to connect to my phone and it won’t give me any response to anything. Yesterday I tried to hold the sidebutton, no response on the screen only some vibration. Over night i charged it and tried holding the side button, but no response this time. I tried to hold it for 10 seconds.
Can i hard reset it from my phone or app or something?

Hi there, @ylvis. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2's screen is not turning on. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Have you tried charging your Versa 2 to make sure it didn't run out of battery? Please note that sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely). I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working. Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.
When it has had two hours, try restarting your Versa 2 once again. I would recommend trying this maybe twice in a row if a first try doesn’t work.
If the above doesn't work, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

I have the same exact problem with my versa 2! It suddenly died yesterday. I already tried to clean the charger, but it won’t charge and won’t turn on
