Hi there @Trichter1125, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.

I agree with @Guy_. If you're still having issues, please check your phone's Bluetooth settings and see if by any chance the Versa 2 is shown as a connected device. If so, go ahead and remove it from the settings. Once you've done that, try the following:

  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 2.

If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

It may be the installation process didn't fully succeed.

Make sure your watch is in the charger and charging and you have the wifi password ready when you set it up using your phone.

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Click on  + Set up a Device

Follow the installation instructions
