Hello I just received my fitbit versa 2 today.
Setting it up when smoothly or so I thought but my phone and fitbit will not Bluetooth I tried alot of the troubleshooting steps I seen with no success at all when I try to connect them it says an app has to be installed but the fitbit app is installed and up to date help!

I agree with @Guy_. If you're still having issues, please check your phone's Bluetooth settings and see if by any chance the Versa 2 is shown as a connected device. If so, go ahead and remove it from the settings. Once you've done that, try the following:
If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

It may be the installation process didn't fully succeed.
Make sure your watch is in the charger and charging and you have the wifi password ready when you set it up using your phone.
In the phone Fitbit App Click on profile photo [top left] Click on + Set up a Device Follow the installation instructions |
