Tried even changing to a new phone. Versa 2 still not connecting to bluetooth. Even the Fitbit app tries to reconnect several times it not getting connected.
Is there any service center in Bangalore so I go and correct the problem

Let me share with you that at this moment we do not have any service center in Bangalore for us to check your Versa 2, however, to fix this I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
