I just received my Versa 2. After I completed setup, I scrolled up on my watch face to show the "Today" app. It's only showing three stats, activity, steps this hour, and heart rate. When I clicked on "settings" to add the rest of the stats I want to see, there are no more. It's only showing the three. I've tried to contact support, but they couldn't fix it yet. Has anyone else had this issue? Were you able to fix it? I can't find anything on the watch or on my phone to correct the issue.

I have the same problem with my Versa 2 which I just received. Could you tell me whether you managed to fix this.

After trying a number of things, none of which worked, I then just waited and after a few days the problem resolved itself.

I just received my Versa Lite yesterday afternoon & the same thing is happening for me. I even removed it & re-added. It is def annoying but after reading all your comments, it must be normal. I will keep moving & synching and wait until it decides I have “earned” the right to see all my stats. 🙂

So far nothing yet... I got my Fitbit on Tuesday and it is now Saturday and still nada. I have charged it 2x, Synched multiple times a day, etc, and confirmed the Today app does not need to be updated.
I received an email from Support asking about “checking in” & seeing if they could do anything to help. I’m waiting until Monday to see if they finally start showing up or need to ask Fitbit for further help...

I have Versa2 synched to my phone & iPad.
Only Cals detail appears on the App Desktop on phone & iPad. How do I restore Steps & Heartbeat details? I have tried to edit the desktop but can’t restore these items.

Has anyone had their Fitbit resolve itself or did something that resolved it??? I’m hoping the other stats will soon appear! I have the same issue as does my husband. Just bought Versa Lites for us both. I contacted support and they had me reset. It did nothing. The guy responded 3 days later through email giving me useless, unrelated advice. I wrote back and a guy said it would appear “soon or the day after that”. Not sure when “the day after soon” is lol. I’m frustrated and annoyed by they're lack of help. I told them that if they can’t fix it, they need to be upfront about that. I even did an update this morning but no resolution.

I fixed it. I used the same advice on how to fix the no internet error. Go to settings/ apps/fitbit. (My phone is a Samsung so this bit may be different.) Mobile data/turn off allow background usage. Restart phone, turn it back on. Go back to fitbit app and sync and all stat's should be there.
