Versa 2 won't show all 7 stats

I just received my Versa 2. After I completed setup, I scrolled up on my watch face to show the "Today" app. It's only showing three stats, activity, steps this hour, and heart rate. When I clicked on "settings" to add the rest of the stats I want to see, there are no more. It's only showing the three. I've tried to contact support, but they couldn't fix it yet. Has anyone else had this issue? Were you able to fix it? I can't find anything on the watch or on my phone to correct the issue.

Hey there. They will be there tomorrow morning after your new versa captures the data. It doesn't synch from the dashboard if you have an old Fitbit and it has nothing to show if its brand new...

I'll wait. I was just wondering because it's not even showing the weight and water stats, which I would have thought sinc from the app. Thanks for the head's up. I was upset thinking my tracker was messed up.

Is it normal that the icons aren't even there? It's not that it's not showing data, the icons are not there at all.

Sorry to disappoint @emili and @ANESTFULL @, I had the new Versa 2 for over a week now and it's still showing me 3 stats only: Activity, Hourly Steps and Heart Rate. There is nothing else to chose and I synced loads of times and have all the stats there. For me it's a bug.

I just purchased a Versa 2 and am having the same issue. There are only 3 stats showing (Activity, Hourly Steps, and Heart Rate) and I can't seem to be able to add other stats.

Hi @CatLemay I know I posted about a bug but it seems to have appeared for me after a short time. I guess you need enough stats and syncing. Just keep active and keep checking, it will hopefully appear for you too.

Received my Versa 2 yesterday afternoon and it's doing the same. Will just wear it and sync frenquently as suggested. Hoping it'll indeed "fix" the issue at hand

Yes, it did actually. It took 2-3 days and the stats appeared.

Mine did take a full charge and about 24hrs after setup to snyc those additional settings. Glad its working!

Sad fact is that I have the same problem and have seen at least one other with the same problem as far back as October 2019.  Support told me today (2/27/2020) that some but not all Fitbits have this problem and that they are working on a fix that will be released "in the future."  It is disconcerting that this has been a problem for as long as last October and perhaps longer and that it has not yet been addressed.  I have tried everything including Factory reset with success.  The support person said that I had tried all available fixes and that all I can do is wait.

Received mine today 4/27/2020...3 stats only.  I paid a bundle for this FitBit...wtf?  Fix it please.  Thanks!

Hang in for a few days. It actually appeared for me after 3-4 days I believe, so I think it is normal that you can only see the 3 stats for now.
