My versa is 4 months old and it will not show the clock face or sync. I can scroll to the side to see the apps available but they won’t open either. I have tried restarting my phone 3 times as suggested by another post and my Fitbit is fully charged.

@Jenteeson Have you tried rebooting the tracker itself not just the phone? What shows instead of the clockface? After rebooting both Versa and your phone, have you tried changing the clockface to one of the Fitbit originals (especially if you're using 3rd party now)?
