Versa 2 won’t show heart rate and steps screen

Out of nowhere I can’t swipe up on my Versa 2 that shows steps heart rate and activity? It shows it in the app and tracks but everytime i swipe up it goes back down. Any ideas? I’ve reset and updated app. Thanks
