Versa 2 won't show heart rate

My Versa 2 is working and tracks steps and 9 hours active but that's it now.  It won't track sleep, zone minutes, heart rate and the active hours show on my phone but not in the app??  I've turned it off 3 times now and it hasn't made any difference.  Thanks for any ideas 😊

It has been months. I've done all the recommended steps.  Nothing...

My Versa lite always worked great. A few weeks ago was tracking crazy heartbeats and I was concerned. But I tried my husbands and my heartbeat was normal.  I reset a couple of times and then it went completely dead and wouldn’t charge. After a few days I tapped it on the table and put it in charger. Surprised as it charged and is tracking steps and syncing to app but no heartbeat is showing

Well it's nice to know I'm not alone but we pay $149 for a watch that
should last more than 2 years, right? 😥
