On my Versa 2, the the settings. It isn't showing categories, it is displaying everything in numbers.See photo. My alarm has also stopped working and I cannot reply to any messages. Is this fitbit junk?

Hi @Mrsalien99 - it requires a factory reset which can be done via the button though it's not without risk of failing, and if you live in the EEA you may not be able to set it up as it was anymore.
You can always chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support for help with that.
It is always a good idea to make a note of the names of any clocks or apps and any special watch or app settings you use before the reset or replacement if necessary.

Before considering a factory reset, I'd recommend trying the following:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
