Versa 2 won't show my heart rate nor my steps

I just got my Fitbit out for the first time in 7 months, and when I turned it on it does not show the steps and Heart rate on the home screen but is still recording it. I can find it in the app, just not on the home screen of the watch

It might be  an issue with that clock face, particularly if you downloaded a 3rd party one. Try switching to another clock face, preferably one "by Fitbit".  Sometimes third-party clock faces don't keep up with changes required by Fitbit.  If you prefer that, note the name, then try switching back to it after you try a different one that works.

Hi @Ninja_Squirtles - in addition, if this is your preferred clock face check in the Gallery tile for this clock face, click See all details and permissions to make sure it is still allowed to show that information.
