When I swipe up it does not show my daily stats. It goes right back to the clock face. I have tried rebooting and disconnecting and reconnecting from my phone. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hi @Peggyherlihy - you may also have difficulty with a swipe left and selecting Settings.
If the OS becomes corrupted it will need a factory reset but first try a simple setup in case it cures it.
In the Fitbit App, devices (connected to) page, Add more devices, select your Versa 2 and replace.
A factory reset isn't without risk, it may fail or be unable to set it up afterwards.
You may also need to contact customer support from the Fitbit App, help & support section for help with that.

Hi there, @Peggyherlihy. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is still not swiping up. I will do my best to help you with this!
To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
