Hi my versa 2 won’t show text messages- shows all other notifications- I’m on iPhone 11 - have updated all apps and ensured notifications on for both app and phone, turned both on and off- calls Facebook wattsapp and all others come through but just not text messages?!? Help!!!

That is a known problem created by Apple with its latest update and is actively being addressed by Fitbit looking for a solution.

So has anything been resolved? I'll receive text messages one day and not the next. VERY frustrating when all other apps work!!!

Nope not for me I’m just in the process of writing a new thread as this one says solved. My versa two will now not show any notifications and I have all setting on phone and app on- shame as I liked the fitbit but now wish I’d gone for an Apple Watch ☹️

It’s 2022 and this is STILL AN ISSUE!! Any got a refund or repairs direct from Fitbit on this?
