Hi there, @Dia13. Welcome to the Community Forums.
Would you mind checking if the following is enable on your phone? Open the Message+ app, then go to "Settings", then "Notifications", then "In-app notification settings", then enable "Preview new messages".
If the above wasn't enable, try enabling it and then test your notifications to see if they can be open the way it's expected.

Hi @Dia13 - Welcome to the forum. Have you tried the steps in the Versa 2 manual? That would be a good place to start trouble shooting. Once you try those steps … and if they do not solve your problem, please let us know which phone you have … if the phone and Fitbit app are up to date … and exactly which notifications you are not receiving. We’d be happy to try to help.
