I got a new phone on Friday and since connecting my Versa 2 it won't show text or email notifications. I have tried the following things without success:
- Removed Versa 2 from my Fitbit app and reconnected it
- Restarted my phone
- Restarted my Fitbit
- Turned off Bluetooth and turned it back on
- Went into my "notifications" in the Fitbit app and tried turning on different options
I've been in line to chat with an agent for close to half an hour now so I'm hoping someone else has experienced the same issue and has an idea how I can fix it.

I'd like to know if the chat support got disconnected or if you tried some troubleshooting steps that they provided. If so, let me know what troubleshooting steps you tried from our Support team.

Hello. Thank you for reaching out. I wasn't able to connect to anyone over chat. I waited for close to an hour and gave up. I haven't been able to resolve my issue.
