Versa 2 won't show the correct time after traveling

The time on my Versa 2 is different than that on my phone. I can't seem to figure out how to get it to sync. It all started when I changed time zones. Now it won't change back.

Hi there, @Kpbooster. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.

Note that the time on your Fitbit Versa 2 may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. If you changed time zones and the time on your Versa 2 is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct. For more information, see How do I fix the time on my Fitbit device?

Hope that helps.

Hi @Kpbooster -  in the Fitbit App, App settings disable automatic Time Zone, sync, then reenable and sync again.

If that doesn't work select the Time Zone manually.
