Hi Fitbit community
This is my second Fitbit watch. My first one (Versa lite) would only have 2 hours battery life (only had it a year) before it would die, so got a new Versa 2. I got this in February this year. It has somehow got the time displaying about 3 hours early and I cannt change it back.
Ive updated it, updated my phone, unsynced and resynced, and its just not working at all.
Also noticed battery life is getting poor.
Any tips??
Not impressed at all with Fitbit 😞

Hi there, @katduncs. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products into consideration.
Note that the time on your Fitbit Versa 2 may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. If the time on your Versa 2 is still incorrect after syncing, I recommend changing your time zone to a complete different one, sync your watch, put the correct time and sync again. To change the time make sure you are following the instructions provided in the help article How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?

Hi,
I haven’t travelled at all recently, I only got this watch in Feb. I’ve done the changing of time zones and resyncing. Nothing changed. Also have read that article and no help unfortunately.
The battery life also seems to be diminishing lol my other watch.
Disappointing.
